A 133 m2 office is for rent on the ground floor of an office building located in the XVII. district of Budapest, at the end of Pesti út, about 15 minutes by car from the city center of Rákoskeresztúr, within a few minutes from the Maglód-Rákoskeresztúr, main road 31 (48) exit of the M0 ring road.

The office is freshly renovated, bright, east and west facing, for rent without furniture.
